Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $18.50+ DOE

We are seeking a Production Technician to work in our warehouse to install, test, assemble, and deploy software and hardware components for shipment in a timely and effective manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble products from components.
• Tests products to ensure functionality and that the product meets the requirements of the customer.
• Uses basic troubleshooting of products to provide solutions to any problems.
• Helps with the tracking of inventory.
• Picks out necessary computer components and scans into system.
• Boxes and repackages products.
• Assists with shipping and receiving duties.
• May go on site for product delivery or installations.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of computers.
• Ability to be a team player and work individually.
• Attention to detail for high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to stand regularly.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, push, stoop, and kneel regularly.
• Background Check is required.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 Years in a warehouse environment preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate how a solution meets client needs
• Work with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
• Able to convey customer requirements to Sales and Professional Services teams
• Generating technical sales proposals and contracts (Statement of Work, Services Proposals)
• Maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Provide ongoing consultation to clients regarding the purchase of hardware and software solutions and professional services offerings.
• Maintain and discover new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Report and manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls.
• Engage in opportunities with our existing vendor/distribution channel partners to ensure best value, pricing, and support for customers.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operational groups to ensure customer engagements are deployed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and develop proficiencies with new technologies and products.
• Engage and consult at the executive level.
• Strategically work with and leverage existing business partners in new opportunities.
• Obtain and Maintain Certifications related to the position.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required/Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology Field required.
• 5+ years previous experience in technical sales & solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Act as a self-starter and able to work independently with an outgoing, enthusiastic, detail-oriented personality.
• Previous experience working with CRM required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, process management and strategic planning.
• Ability to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and ability to research and troubleshoot quickly.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management coordination.
• Industry Certifications preferred.
